I'm a dude in San Diego who enjoys cooking for my wife and friends, swimming in the ocean and, obviously, potatoes. I come from a family of potato lovers and although I'll often fry, mash, braise or whatever potatoes into something passable, I've never really dug in (hey yo!) and focused on potatoes with all their cooking versatility. My new year's project for 2021 was to experiment with one new and fun potatoe recipe every week for a year. This is a shitty website I put togehter to document that project.
